What You Can Expect:

Ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability across key data domains (e.g., master, transactional, and analytical data).

Definition and maintenance of data standards, validation rules, and governance processes beyond Master Data Management (MDM) in alignment with the Data Owner.

Support in the documentation, harmonization, and continuous improvement of data processes (e.g. CRM)

Integration and validation of internal and external data sources (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet).

Monitoring of data quality KPIs, preparation of regular reports, and definition of improvement measures.

Support with data migrations, harmonization, and cleansing projects.

Acting as first point of contact for data-related inquiries and ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

In close collaboration with our group-wide MDM specialist team, you will further develop our master data processes. Regarding non-master data, you will work very closely with your counterpart Data Analyst for Marketing and Sales Performance.

What You Bring:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or part of a global Stewardship organization

Experience with MDM systems and master data management.

Basic understanding of business processes, particularly CRM processes.

Knowledge of external data sources (e.g., D&B).

Understanding of data governance, compliance, and GDPR.

Structured, detail-oriented working style.

Communication skills to embed rules and standards within the company.
