Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Data Center DCO Technician to join their team.

As a Data Center DCO Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting the IT infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Center DCO Technician **Location:** New Albany, OH **Pay Range:** $23.50 per hour Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour days, 6am-6pm, Wed/Thu-Sat **What's the Job?** + Maintain and support hardware infrastructure of cloud computing server technologies.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, performing break-fix repairs on faulty components.

+ Prepare, stage, set up, and execute startups and shutdowns of IT equipment following safety protocols.

+ Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure proper grounding, labeling, and cabling.

+ Decommission hardware for system refreshes, including memory upgrades and OS rebuilds.

**What's Needed?** + Experience as a Data Center Technician with hardware break-fix responsibilities.

+ Previous roles involving computer repair or technical support, such as Geek Squad or similar.

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

+ Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.

+ Must be a U.S.

citizen and able to work on-site in New Albany, OH.
