About the Role
Conduct thorough adult/geriatric health assessments, including medical history evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
Administer and order necessary point-of-care and lab testing.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, caregivers, and other medical personnel.
Provide services directly at the member’s residence, including homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Competitive Pay: Earn between $1,800 - $11,500 per month based on completed assessments, with rates ranging from $90 - $115, depending on your state.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
Current NP licensure in your state with prescription authority or the capability to obtain it.
Board certification in relevant specialties (AANP, AACN, or ANCC).
Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
Preferred 1 year of NP experience; however, new graduates are welcome to apply!
Valid state driver's license with adequate automobile insurance coverage.
Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with medical record systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
