The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who thinks in data but speaks in stories. Someone who can build a high-performing Google Ads campaign in the morning, develop a social media content strategy in the afternoon, and collaborate on brand positioning before the day ends. You'll be the bridge between analytics and action-turning insights into campaigns that drive real business results across six automotive brands.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be actively optimizing, testing, iterating, and pushing our digital presence forward every single day.
What You'll Own
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalized messaging that convert across different demographics and buyer stages
Own campaign performance from click to conversion, identifying opportunities and acting on them quickly Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms for six automotive brands
Create content calendars that balance promotional campaigns, community engagement, brand storytelling, and educational content
Design platform-specific strategies that leverage each channel's unique strengths and audience behaviors
Monitor social media trends and platform algorithm changes to keep our brands ahead of the curve
Develop social-first campaigns that drive engagement, build community, and generate qualified leads
Collaborate with creative teams to produce thumb-stopping content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives
Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
Track social media KPIs, including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, sentiment, and conversion attribution Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor KPIs daily and translate data into actionable recommendations
Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, landing pages, audience targeting, and social content formats
Build performance dashboards and reports that tell the story behind the numbers
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in campaign data before they become problems
Analyze social media analytics to understand what content resonates and why Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative, sales operations, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
Work closely with Internet Managers and lead management teams to align marketing efforts with sales processes
Collaborate on integrated strategies spanning paid search, social (organic and paid), email, content, and other digital channels
Coordinate with dealership teams to capture authentic, engaging social content from events, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes moments Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Recommend new tools, tactics, and technologies that can give us a competitive edge
Test emerging social platforms and features (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.) to identify new opportunities
Challenge the status quo-bring fresh ideas and be willing to test them Brand & Compliance Management
Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and advertising compliance standards
Maintain consistency across six brands and five locations while allowing for localized strategies
Monitor and manage online reputation and social media community interactions What You Bring
Required Experience & Skills
2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in multi-location or multi-brand environments
Proven expertise with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite-you've managed budgets, optimized campaigns, and driven measurable results
Strong social media marketing experience across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in growing engagement and converting followers to customers
Experience developing content strategies and managing content calendars for multiple brands simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and attribution tools
Excellent project management skills-you can juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders without breaking a sweat
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you can present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or similar)
Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (VinSolutions, Drivecentric, or similar), or AI-powered marketing tools
Familiarity with UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution
Video content creation or coordination experience
Understanding of social commerce and shoppable posts
Automotive, retail, or lead-generation marketing experience is a plus What Sets You Apart
