GENERAL SUMMARY:
This is a revised role and structure supporting the management of third-party (3P) assets. Building upon current workflow and responsibilities, recommending the creation of a full-time Business Ops Coordinator position dedicated to overseeing 3P asset management. The proposed role, "Business Ops Coordinator" will serve as the primary point of contact for managing the end-to-end process of gathering, validating, and publishing third-party assets, ensuring alignment with company standards and launch timelines.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Asset Management:
Validate all imagery assets (PDP + Campaign Imagery) to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather necessary source documents and product information
Rename and organize assets for easy access and retrieval
Collaboration and Efficiency Enhancements:
Coordinate with merchant partners regarding asset requests
Follow streamlined workflows and timelines for asset management, working closely with key stakeholders (3P merchants + marketing)
Adhere to a comprehensive PDP image calendar aligned with product launch dates and merchandising calendars
Follow guidelines for consistent asset management across all product categories
CreativeDrive and SFTP Platform Coordination:
Submit assets and associated product information to either the CreativeDrive platform or via an SFTP platform
Monitor delivery status and address any discrepancies or delays
Website Management:
Publish and update assets on the website, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Resolve any issues related to assets through the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
QUAIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
High school diploma required
2+ years of experience in retail, project management, operations, or related field
Go-getter who is eager and excited to lean and progress career in the retail industry
Exhibits passion for retail/the fashion industry
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexible and creative problem solver
Ability to build strong partnerships across functions and work successfully in a team environment
Proactive team player and relationship builder with a customer service philosophy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; SAP & MSI experience a plus
