Pediatrics Physician

Assignment Details:

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (position typically lasts one year)

Schedule: Full-time, hours per week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Shifts are generally 8 10 hours; often the closing shift (11 a.m. 8 p.m.)

Worksite: Indian Health Service (IHS) Clinic

Scope of Work:

The client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions while emphasizing preventive health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and health assessments

See approximately patients per day

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses

Administer immunizations and preventive health services in accordance with pediatric guidelines

Educate families on nutrition, safety, growth, and disease prevention

Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed

Licensure & Requirements:

Any active U.S. medical license

Federal DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics

Minimum of 2 years of experience within the past 36 months

Must meet all credentialing and background investigation requirements
