Data & Technology Analyst – Transit Systems & Data Innovation

Contract - W2 Position - Columbus OH (Hybrid-Onsite) Required:

Bachelors in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering

3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, software implementation, or cybersecurity monitoring

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python

Preferred Skills

Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or ArcGIS

Experience with COTA-type systems (AVL, CAD/AVL, ERP, CRM)

Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or Data Analytics specialty

Specific Skills:

Data analysis and SQL querying

Data visualization and report/dashboard design (Power BI, Tableau)

System and software testing (manual and automated)

Documentation of technical processes and workflows

Vendor evaluation and software assessment

Data governance and quality assurance

Agile team collaboration and project support

Familiarity with Excel, Python, ArcGIS, or similar tools
