Cairo, Egypt (On-Site)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supplier E- Invoice Booking, Goods in Transit Follow up

Booking, Audit employees expenses and Follow up Employees advances

Booking Intra Group invoices and associated taxes

Follow up Letter of Guarantee from Suppliers or Subco for reduction and renewable.

Follow up Subcontractor Insurance Contributions

AP Monitoring

Accruals follow up sheets.

Petty cash management

Prepare templates of taxes reports, quarterly & annual settlements (WHT+ VAT)

Assist in the monthly closing in ERP

Assist in working with the auditors for year closing and financial statements

Assist to provide our tax advisors the needed data for the inspections

Work Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, English section.

From 5-7 years of experience in GL, Statutory and tax experience

Previous knowledge construction industry

Previous knowledge on SAP By Design

Good knowledge in AP, AR function, Cost Centers Allocations.

Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.

Ability to analyze the total balance sheet and identify improvement.

Exceptionally good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent Command of English

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
