Key Responsibilities Communicate professionally with service providers via outbound phone calls and chat . Conduct thorough bill negotiations for various service subscriptions as requested by customers.
Process subscription cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions, negotiation attempts, and outcomes in the company system.
Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities for customers.
Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of all negotiation records.
Consistently achieve or exceed established KPIs and performance goals . Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process (outbound experience preferred). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional in challenging situations.
High attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
Ability to quickly understand and adapt to varied service provider policies . Active listening and problem-solving mindset.
