Job Description

Risk Manager

Construction

$80,000k - $100,000k per year

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Westerville, Ohio (onsite)

What You'll Do:

Review and assess contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements to identify risks, recommendsolutions

Track, report, and support resolution of claims and corporate risks, providing accurate reporting and dashboards for leadership

Prepare risk management reports for leadership and recommend risk mitigation strategies

Manage subcontractor prequalification, ratings, and insurance compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and financial partners

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Construction Management, or related field (CRM/ARM certifications a plus)

3+ years' experience in risk management, insurance compliance, or contract assessment

Knowledge of construction operations
