We’re looking for a detail-driven eCommerce & Email Specialist to help us deliver exceptional online experiences that convert. You’ll manage our Shopify storefronts and email marketing programs, ensuring every digital touchpoint is engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
What You’ll Do
Manage and update Shopify websites, including product listings, collections, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all site content is accurate, visually consistent, and optimized for SEO and conversion.
Build and deploy automated email journeys (welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation) and ongoing campaign sends.
Partner with design and marketing teams to create emails that reflect our brand voice and drive engagement.
Monitor key performance metrics across web and email; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support cross-functional projects such as promotions, launches, and UX enhancements.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience managing eCommerce and email marketing.
Shopify expertise — confident editing products, pages, collections, and basic Liquid/theme adjustments.
Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization principles.
Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and ESP dashboards.
Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and collaborative communication style.
