Our client, a dynamic hospitality venue in Groot Brak River, is seeking a versatile and customer-focused Barista & Barman to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.

– Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar and coffee station.

– Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

– Manage inventory, assist with stock control, and maintain responsible service standards.

– Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Barista, Barman, or in a similar hospitality role.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

– Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

– Passionate about customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
