Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing business based in Edinburgh to appoint a Marketing Manager on a 10 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the marketing function of a well-established organisation, driving both day-to-day activity and long-term strategic initiatives.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution, working closely with senior stakeholders and a small team to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns. You’ll be responsible for brand management, lead generation, internal communications, and promotional activity, all while managing the marketing budget and supporting business growth.

Lead and manage all marketing activity across the business

Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligned to company objectives

Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales

Oversee brand management and corporate identity

Create engaging marketing collateral to support growth

Drive lead generation and measure campaign effectiveness

Maintain strong internal communications across departments

Manage and develop the marketing team

We’re looking for a commercially minded, creative and confident marketing professional with:

Proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role

Strong track record in delivering B2B and/or B2C multi-channel campaigns

Experience managing and developing a team

Excellent communication and project management skills

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
