• Lead end-to-end audit engagements

• Manage audit teams and review work

• Perform complex audit tasks and summarize findings

• Drive risk assessments and contribute to audit planning

• Act as a change agent and strategic advisor

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of audit or consulting experience

• Experience managing full audit engagements

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Ability to coach and mentor audit teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with AuditBoard (especially backend configuration)

• Big 4 experience
