Experience: 9+ years (with minimum 2 years in Python automation — mandatory)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can design, develop, and deliver high-impact Power BI solutions while guiding a talented team of BI developers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable BI insights.

Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.

Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports.

Implement Python automation scripts for process optimization.

Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.

Mentor and guide the BI team, conducting reviews and enforcing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

9+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Reporting.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Python automation experience (mandatory).

Team Lead or Technical Leadership experience is essential.

Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, RLS, Performance Tuning).

Strong command of SQL and understanding of ETL / data warehousing concepts.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus, but not mandatory.
