$26 - $28/hour Full-Time 5 Days a Week (may include weekends)

Typical Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise the hotel engineering team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the property's public spaces and guest rooms. This hands-on leadership role includes scheduling, assigning, and ensuring quality completion of maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and schedule the hotel engineering team's daily maintenance activities.

Oversee preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other general repairs.

Manage small to medium maintenance projects from start to finish.

Ensure maintenance work meets quality and safety standards.

Communicate with team members and management regarding work status and priorities.

Perform maintenance tasks as needed alongside the team.

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance or engineering teams, preferably in hospitality.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, and general building maintenance.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work a flexible five-day schedule that may include weekends.
