Production Associate

Location: Nampa, ID

Paying $17.60 / HR

Responsibilities:

Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

Engage in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

Meet individual throughput goals and adhere to production standards.

Ensure quality standards are met and monitor own work to eliminate scrap or rework.

Participate in improvement initiatives and support a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Basic computer skills, including navigation of programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience.

Ability to understand and follow quality policy guidelines and customer specifications.

Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards.

Environment / Shift:

The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.

Swing Shift: 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday. Will train on a day shift for the first week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
