Location: Wadesboro, NC

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Overnight, rotating or fixed schedule)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Brick Production Associate to join our overnight team in Wadesboro, NC. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality production. You'll start by performing quality checks and using basic hand tools, with the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator role where you'll learn the full process of manufacturing and machine troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect bricks and cubes for quality, ensuring correct dimensions, consistency, and color.

Use hand tools such as a tape measure and caliper to verify measurements and maintain product accuracy.

Monitor brick color and consistency before loading materials into the mixer.

Support machine operations by assisting with changeovers to different brick sizes.

Learn to troubleshoot and reset machines to maintain continuous production.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production or quality issues.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements.

Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and calipers.

Mechanically inclined and eager to learn machine operations.

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and work in a manufacturing environment.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.
