Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing services, adapting to diverse business needs and requirements.

Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with legal experts and internal stakeholders to optimize service offerings and align with corporate goals.

Apply expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing service engagements.

Evaluate and select service providers based on quality, reliability, and innovation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sourcing, with a strong background in marketing procurement and contract negotiations.

Fluent in spoken and written English (German or French is an advantage).

Strong commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating and structuring complex deals.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.

Experience in contract review and drafting, including NDAs, Master Agreements, and Statements of Work.

Proactive, curious mindset with a hands-on approach.
