Customer Service / Relations Representative

Job Description

In this position, the Customer Relations Representative (CRR), will primarily be responsible for daily communication with customers, sales personnel, distributor businesses, and any incoming requests for information on the products and the Company. The CRR will place and receive orders, track sales and provide sales reports to the company management. The CRR tracks inventory, facilitates movements of surgical instruments to support surgery, produces and provides billing and invoicing to hospitals and customer accounts, corresponds with distributor personnel on sales results. The CRR will monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers regarding past due invoices. The CRR works closely with the sales management team to determine the level of support and responsiveness of sales personnel.

This is a responsible and accountable customer contact position, influencing the health of our business and future directions, both internally and externally with surgeon and distributor networks.

• High School diploma; prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

• Prefer 2-3 years customer or account experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated computer skills is a must (e.g. QuickBooks systems, NetSuite or similar accounting package, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word.)

• Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills

• Demonstrated organizational, customer service and follow-up skills.

• Demonstrated phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation

• Prefer demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base

• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support business needs.
