Account Support Specialist – Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Job Type: 6–12 Month Contract-to-hire

Pay: $19.00–$19.16/hour

We’re hiring an Account Support Representative for a leading financial services firm—a great entry-level role for recent graduates looking to start a career in finance.

Responsibilities:

Answer account-related questions by phone

Provide accurate, professional, and timely support

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues

Keep detailed records of all interactions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

6 months–2 years of experience (internships count)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer service/contact center background a plus
