Production Operator – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Shift Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Enjoy three-day weekends!

No mandatory weekend work

Voluntary overtime available

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $20.00/hour (with performance-based increases)

Job Responsibilities:

Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment

Feed raw materials into machines and clear jams

Perform visual quality inspections

Case-pack finished products

Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year manufacturing experience preferred

Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs during shift

Work independently and in a team

Communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
