Position Overview:\n The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of packaging cannabis vape carts and other cannabis concentrates.
These responsibilities include operating vape filling equipment, portioning concentrates for final sale, labeling all packaging, and following all SOPs to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to stay on task with minimal supervision and be able to meet required production goals.
This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity, acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment.
All qualified applicants will be trained in the use of equipment for processing.
\n\n Major Areas of Responsibility include:\n\nAssists in pre-rolls, filling of vape carts, etc.\naccurately weighs, packages, labels, records/tracks medical cannabis concentrates for distribution\nAssists with packaging and QC checking orders being shipped to dispensaries\nReceives instructions and assists on tasks as delegated by management team\nWorks in a quick and efficient manner\nMaintains a clean and organized work environment\nHelp with inventory audits\nMaintains a culture of professionalism and service\nEnsures daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code and work schedules\nComplies with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure\n\n\n Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):\n\nAll applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check\n1-3 years of experience in production position; including hands-on production activities\nGeneral knowledge of weights and measurement\nAll positions deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment\nSpeed and precision with equipment and attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task and maintain work consistency on repetitive tasks daily\nHigh attention to detail\nStanding/sitting for long periods of time\n\n\n Job Details\n\nLocation: Columbus, Ohio\nShift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm\n\n\n Travel %: 0\n FLSA status: Non-exempt\n Additional Abilities Required:\n The job requires physical activity, including prolonged sitting, standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting or moving up to 10 pounds (or more with a coworker).
