6 years of experience as a business analyst

Experience in small company environments

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in requirements gathering, test case writing, and formal documentation including workflows

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Project management experience

Experience working in diverse teams

Additional certifications in business analysis or project management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing business requirements

Writing and executing test cases

Documenting workflows and processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
