Eagle Ottawa (EO)is the world's largest supplier of premium automotive leather. Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.

The Role

Key responsibilities include the following:

Preventive Maintenance:

1. Follow up preventive maintenance plan and schedule

2. check lists are in place and train the mechanical and electrical follow the regular check rigorously.

3. Ensure timely trouble shooting through internal maintenance forces and outsourced services with high customer satisfaction.

4. Prepare history & maintain data of machine

5. Assessed and revise schedule maintenance plan fixed year

6. Follow up of immediate superior assign

7. Ensures all the on site construction or machine installation related activities are in line with safety and environment as well as secure requirement through training and education to the workers.

8. Makes sure all the outsourced contractors (workers) have insured for themselves and declared their responsibilities and liabilities in written form

9. Improvement, develop and corrective to increase efficiency of machines willing to share knowledge

10. Response pollution of environment system controller

11. Employee Relations

12. Maintains amiable, respectful working relationships with co-workers both inside and outside the Department.

Qualifications:

Diploma background for over 5 years, prefer major electrical or mechanical.

Above 5 yr. equipment technical

Knowledge about energy and machine

Knowledge Understanding on System (IATF16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001, etc.)
