Warehouse Material Handler

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Delaware, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing the flow of materials and products. Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.

Organize and store materials in designated areas to maximize efficiency.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
