Entry Level Fabricator Opening - Immediate Hiring!

We're looking for an Entry-Level Fabricator to join our client's team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and wants to learn about automation and manufacturing systems.

Hours for the Entry Level Fabricator are:

Day Shift Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Afternoon/Night Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am

Starting Rate of pay for the Entry Level Fabricator is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour with possibilities of pay increase based upon experience.

Requirements for the Entry Level Fabricator:

*Operate machinery to cut, bend, drill, and assemble metal and structural components

*Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting, bending and drilling requirements

*Inspect materials before machining to ensure correct type and dimensions

*Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

*Work with experienced fabricators and machinists, learning key skills in metalworking, shop safety, and production processes

Qualifications for the Entry Level Fabricator:

*High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, vocational and/or trade school experience preferred

*Must be at least 18 years old

*Basic math skills for measurement and calculations

*Ability to follow multi-step instructions and work well in a team environment

*Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning

*Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks

*Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

*Learn hands-on fabrication skills in a supportive team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

*Interest in manufacturing or trades

*Basic mechanical skills and interest in automation or manufacturing

*Comfortable working in a shop or production floor environment
