Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Manage the full cycle of import procurement, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Utilize ERP system to create, monitor, and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate financial postings.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality automotive components.
• Handle international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and import/export compliance records.
• Analyze procurement data in ERP and other systems to identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast demand, and support budgeting.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks by providing accurate procurement and import records in accordance with corporate policies and international regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, International Finance, or a related field AND at least 6 months of experience, including hands-on work with ERP systems
