Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Are you passionate about property, hungry to learn, and ready to launch a successful career? As a Trainee Lettings Agent, you will receive industry-leading training through the Spicerhaart Training Academy, gain hands-on experience from day one, and be mentored by some of the best in the business.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge, you will receive:

£28000 OTE per year

Uncapped commission

Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

Purpose-built training location

Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*

Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge:

Market properties to potential tenants

Arrange and conduct property viewings

Negotiate offers

Agree new tenancies

Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
