Responsibilities:
Consolidate service specific data for analysis.
Participate in SLA compliance review, compliance with service delivery plans, service continuity, and capacity management plan.
Service level management and reporting.
Information security compliance.
Compliance with IT asset management policy.
Participate in audits to ensure smooth functioning of the assigned IT service to facilitate organization and department level initiatives.
Ensure that customers are provided with efficient IT Service Support within prescribed guidelines.
Requirements:
BACHELORS - COMPUTER SCIENCE, IT, ENGINEERING or any related course
7+ YEARS Experience in IT NETWORKING and SYSTEMS
With experience as people managers
Preferably with extensive computer network experience / system / database admin
Cisco Certified (CCNA, CCNP, EVEN IF EXPIRED)
EXTENSIVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH CISCO DEVICES, ROUTERS, SWITCHES
Proven track record in running routine system operational reports including evaluation and maintenance of various IT infrastructure
Has experience in overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects. Must have extensive network experience as he/she will be tasked to identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
