Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Training

Oversee and guide technicians/operators in carrying out maintenance activities.

Ensure maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE regulations.

Operations & Troubleshooting

Verify and inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Respond promptly to operational emergencies and perform troubleshooting to minimize equipment or system downtime.

Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

Provide technical support for facility-related projects, upgrades, and audits.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility operations and maintenance practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).

Minimum 1 year of working experience in facility maintenance or a related technical field.
