Family Law Attorney

A growing midsize law firm specializing in domestic relations is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its team and help meet increasing demand across the State of Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to build a rewarding career in a litigation-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage all stages of domestic relations litigation

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and trials

Represent clients during settlement negotiations

Conduct legal research and case strategy development

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Ohio

Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law preferred (or a strong demonstrated interest in the field)

Strong legal writing and research skills

High emotional intelligence and professionalism in emotionally charged situations

Ability to manage caseload independently and meet deadlines

Courtroom experience strongly preferred
