Salesforce Developer: III (Senior)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce Center of Excellence team in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions, working collaboratively with a balanced Agile product team of talented professionals. This is a Long-term Contract position offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce features, utilizing tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

• Collaborate with Agile product team members to refine technical requirements and align solutions with business objectives.

• Ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and best practices.

• Mentor and support team members, fostering growth and technical expertise.

• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and MuleSoft.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Manage version control and maintain stable integration environments.

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flow builder, and Apex classes.

• Apply knowledge of CI/CD tools like Copado to streamline development processes.

• Contribute to projects involving Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud when required.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration techniques.

• Expertise in Salesforce data integration and custom development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform technologies, such as custom objects, flow builder, and Apex classes.

• Experience working within Agile teams and participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Copado, for continuous integration and deployment.

• Preferred experience in Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud applications.
