JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges

Handle product inquiries and shipping concerns

Process refunds, replacements, and order cancellations

Track and update delivery status

Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed

Provide accurate product and policy information

Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Graduate with 1 TO 3months BPO experience

1st Year College Undergraduate with 1 year BPO experience

Proven experience in account management, sales or pitching, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
