Retail Security Manager – Retail Grocery Portfolio

Salary: $50,000 annually + car allowance

Job Type: Full-Time Exempt

About the Role

We’re hiring a Retail Security Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of retail grocery locations. This role is responsible for managing security teams, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and security staff across multiple retail grocery locations.

Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Recruit, train, and manage security personnel and site supervisors.

Build strong client partnerships and ensure satisfaction.

Manage budgets, payroll, and reporting for assigned accounts.

Drive performance, accountability, and professional growth across the team.

Qualifications

3+ years of security industry experience; 2+ years in management required.

Experience managing multi-site or retail security operations preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
