Role Overview
As a HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted face of Hunter Super Techs—helping homeowners solve HVAC and comfort challenges while delivering 5-star customer experiences. Must have flexibility in work schedule; available evenings, weekends, and when our customers are available.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct friendly and professional in-home consultations, listening to customer needs
Assess home comfort needs and recommend HVAC/plumbing/electrical solutions that align with budget and priorities
Provide transparent quotes, walk homeowners through financing or promotional options, and close sales
Seamlessly transition customers to dispatch teams, ensuring smooth installations
Maintain accurate documentation, follow-up commitments, and uphold company standards
Stay current with product knowledge, energy efficiency best practices, and promotional offerings
What You Bring
Sales or in-home customer service experience—HVAC or related industry a bonus
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
Detail-oriented approach to quoting, note-taking, and follow-up
Comfort with technology: tablets, quoting software, digital signature tools
A service-first attitude aligned with our mission and values

Competitive base salary + commission structure. Paid salary during training, 100% commission thereafter.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
