We’re hiring a T2 Technical Support Engineer to join a Global Support Team in Gurugram!

In this role, you’ll work with global clients and internal teams to resolve complex SaaS & AdTech issues, ensuring smooth performance and top-notch customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years of experience in Technical Support or AdTech roles

Strong command of SQL and data analysis tools (Kusto, Grafana, BigQuery, Kibana)

Proficiency with APIs / RESTful services & debugging complex systems

Solid understanding of programmatic advertising workflows

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Bonus Points:

Experience with DB360, Google Analytics, GTM

Worked in a global or multinational setup
