The Operations Support Manager is responsible for implementing the global service quality plan in the assigned geographic territory. The Operations Support Manager monitors Product Line specific technical and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training, process implementation and SOP compliance, asset management as per published guidelines, and interaction as required in customer specific meetings and initiatives. This person serves as Product Line level owner of InTouch.
+ Monitor compliance with technical and HSE training objectives to address Product Line specific risk and insure compliance with service delivery standards.
+ Mentor SDMs and SQCs to promote teamwork and technical knowledge sharing within the assigned geographic region.
+ Implement and promote the global service quality plan in assigned region.
+ Oversee the OMS process to insure continuous assessment and self-improvement.
+ Lead the failure review process as per company and Product Line standards.
+ Promote technologies that will enable the field to improve efficiency and quality of operations.
+ Manage assets to ensure that equipment is compliant with company and Product Line standards. Allocate assets to meet the needs of the field organization.
+ Ensure that the CAPEX plan and EPU are in line with published Product Line guidelines for equipment rationalization, and quantities ordered are adequate for business needs.
+ Communicate with customers to understand their key service quality drivers.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
+ 10–15 years of professional experience in surface wellhead operations, design, and leadership roles.
+ Expert in supporting surface wellhead operations, including troubleshooting and supervising complex equipment installations.
+ Proven managerial experience where strong field presence is required to meet operational demands.
+ Leading and managing wellhead design and design projects.
+ Ability to effectively lead, manage, delegate, and coach team members.
+ Excellent communication skills and able to confidently interact with clients and represent the company professionally.
+ Skilled in handling high-pressure situations and managing challenging
