Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any Engineering courses or with equivalent teaching position
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a Supervisory role.
Experience as Technical Training Supervisor/ Equipment Technical Trainer or similar role
With TESDA certification for teaching.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Follows the Safety regulations and standards.
Executes Fan out technical Training as stated in the Annual Training Plan.
Prepares and Updates the Training module or materials based on the requirement.
Coordinates with other departments for the training schedule and Attendees.
Plans and schedules Training activities and its preparations.
Reports to Training Manager the planned activities and results.
Creates procedures pertaining to the improvement to the training system.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Periodically Checks and Updates the Skill Map of the Department and adjust training plan based on the requireme.
