Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00a-6:00p
Worthington, Ohio (onsite)
4-6 Month Contract

What You’ll Do:
Manage and track wireline MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) orders from initiation to completion
Communicate professionally with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order issues and prevent delays
Use internal and external portals to place, monitor, and progress orders
Interpret circuit and service details to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Oversee order lifecycle stages, including vendor coordination and installation scheduling
Maintain wireline inventory by capturing key service attributes (e.g., pricing, bandwidth, IPs, SLAs)
Review carrier invoices and customer service records for accuracy
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for order processing
Support Audit and Invoice Management teams as needed
Collaborate across international borders and time zones
What We’re Looking For:
One year or more experience with wireline or telecom services
Proficient knowledge of wireline telecom circuits and services
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
