**Key responsibilities**

+ Scheduling and dispatching technicians to clients within our CRM

+ Answering emails and calls from clients and technicians in order to organize visits and resolve issues (non-technical)

+ Organizing and following up on administrative tasks for the team

**Key skills and qualifications**

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
