Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus District Office (serving COA & HOA communities) – Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, minor construction, plumbing, and electrical work
Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement
Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects
Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Perform maintenance tasks and respond to service requests for Condominium & Homeowner Associations
Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, painting, and clubhouse maintenance
Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors
Manage priorities and balance multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call
