Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React & Node.js)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 6 years of experience in building scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, backend services, and cloud integration, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Mandatory Technologies and Experience:

Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM manipulation

Strong understanding of React.js and core principles

Experience with React workflows (Flux, Redux)

Familiarity with ES6+ standards

Proficient in RESTful APIs and async handling

Strong optimization and benchmarking skills

Familiarity with Git and version control

Knowledge of JWT and modern auth mechanisms

Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)

Strong Node.js and Express skills

Experience with microservices architecture

Proficient in MongoDB and aggregation pipelines

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesNice to Have:

Familiarity with cloud platforms

Experience with data structure libraries (Immutable.js)

Knowledge of isomorphic React

Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPMJob Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js and related technologies

Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code

Optimize components for performance across devices and browsers

Collaborate with product teams and backend developers for seamless UX

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (ideation to deployment)

Assist in task estimation and sprint planning

Ensure security and data protection measures

Integrate data storage solutions using Azure services

Build and maintain microservices architectures

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs

Use Express framework for backend development

Optionally use Mongoose and Mongo Driver for schema management

Write complex MongoDB aggregation pipelines

Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) (preferred)

Buscamos un Desarrollador Full Stack con más de 6 años de experiencia en la creación de aplicaciones web escalables utilizando React.js y Node.js. El candidato ideal será experto en JavaScript/TypeScript moderno, servicios backend e integración en la nube, con un enfoque sólido en rendimiento, mantenibilidad y experiencia del usuario.

Educación:

Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado.

Tecnologías y experiencia obligatorias:

Dominio de JavaScript, TypeScript y manipulación del DOM

Sólido conocimiento de React.js y sus principios básicos

Experiencia con flujos de trabajo en React (Flux, Redux)

Familiaridad con estándares modernos de EcmaScript (ES6+)

Dominio de APIs RESTful y manejo asíncrono

Habilidades en optimización y benchmarking

Familiaridad con sistemas de control de versiones (Git)

Conocimiento de mecanismos modernos de autorización (JWT)

Experiencia con frameworks de pruebas unitarias (Jest, Mocha)

Sólido conocimiento de Node.js y Express

Experiencia en arquitectura de microservicios

Dominio de MongoDB y pipelines de agregación

Familiaridad con pipelines de CI/CDDeseable:

Familiaridad con plataformas en la nube

Experiencia con bibliotecas de estructuras de datos (Immutable.js)

Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades orientadas al usuario con React.js

Crear componentes reutilizables y bibliotecas front-end

Traducir diseños y wireframes en código de alta calidad y mantenible

Optimizar componentes para máximo rendimiento en dispositivos y navegadores

Colaborar con equipos de producto y backend para una experiencia fluida

Escribir código limpio, escalable y mantenible siguiendo buenas prácticas

Realizar revisiones de código para mantener altos estándares de calidad

Participar en todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo (ideación a despliegue)

Apoyar en la estimación de tareas y planificación de ciclos de desarrollo

Garantizar medidas de seguridad y protección de datos

Integrar soluciones de almacenamiento de datos usando servicios de Azure

Construir y mantener arquitecturas de microservicios

Desarrollar y mantener APIs RESTful

Utilizar el framework Express para desarrollo backend

Opcionalmente usar Mongoose y Mongo Driver para gestión de esquemas

Escribir pipelines de agregación complejos en MongoDB

Practicar Desarrollo Guiado por Pruebas (TDD) (preferido).
