We’re looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who takes pride in building reliable systems and ensuring every release meets the highest standards of quality and performance. In this role, you’ll lead automation strategy, shape testing frameworks, and help deliver technology that improves healthcare for millions.

Responsibilities/skills:

Build and maintain modern automated test frameworks and tools for enterprise and distributed systems.

Partner with development, DevOps, and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and continuous testing standards.

Implement and execute automated tests across API, UI, integration, and performance layers to ensure full system validation.

Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to improve speed and reliability.

Diagnose, document, and collaborate on the resolution of defects to maintain release confidence.

Promote best practices in automation, test design, and maintainable code throughout the team.

Mentor teammates and drive quality awareness across the engineering organization.

Qualifications:

7+ years of QA experience with at least 4 years focused on automation engineering.

Strong programming background in Java, Python, or JavaScript, and proven ability to create automation frameworks from scratch.

Expertise with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or Postman.

Deep understanding of test types and strategies — from unit and integration to end-to-end and regression testing.

Experience embedding automated tests within CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Familiarity with API testing, mocking/stubbing, and data-driven testing approaches.

Hands-on experience in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

Working knowledge of SQL and validating data across multiple systems.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
