Part Time Manager/ Keyholder

Dallas Tavern And Taphouse in Dallas, NC is looking for one part time manager/ keyholder to join our 42 person strong team. We are located on 130 W Trade St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Benefits

Steady money (hourly rate when manager or managing server/bartender)

Still get to wait tables and/or bartend if open to it at the usual $2.13/ hour

Ability to move up within the company

Responsibilities

Running a shift by yourself

Doing cash outs, locking up, checking employees out

Able to bartend and serve

Providing excellent customer service

Leading by example

Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations

Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property

Qualifications

Manager experience

Pretty open availability

Willing to work weekends
