Requirements
3-7 years in the Garment Industry that are related to logistic
Solution-building mindset
Strong industry networks in the LSP sector
Ability to commercialize offering to LSPs
Understanding the Logistics Service Providers landscape in Indonesia.
Good local networks into Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Transport Departments
Collaborative or value-based selling to offer underutilized capacities of Ninja Van or pursue strategic opportunities of Ninja Van with LSPs
Ability to form partnerships and collaborations with LSP to increase their customer value offering instead of transactional transportation sales
