Job Details:
Pay: £55,000 - £76,500 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: 8% pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare
Job Role: As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing account profitability and driving initiatives to increase margins and reduce costs. You’ll lead the site’s customer service team of 8, taking full ownership of commercial governance, stock control, pricing accuracy, and risk management. This Commercial Manager role plays a key part in supporting new projects and ensuring estimates and quotes are both competitive and profitable. You’ll work closely with divisional teams and sales to support business growth and margin optimisation at a site level.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a Commercial Management role within a manufacturing environment
Batch manufacturing experience
Must be able to use Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
Strong commercial and financial awareness
Leadership and vision to inspire teams effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems
Relevant commercial or management certifications
