Office-based – GL2 Area Occasional Local Home Visits
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant for a well-established business. This is providing both professional and personal support to a busy executive, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently, confidentially, and with professionalism.

Monday to Friday, office-based role (occasional local home visits)

Responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the Chairman:
Business Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Chairman, managing a busy calendar and scheduling all appointments.
Handle printing, preparation, and collation of business-critical documents and reports.
Manage and reconcile expenses accurately, keeping meticulous financial records.
Research and book business networking events, conferences, and tickets.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all correspondence and communications.
Uphold the strictest confidentiality at all times across all matters.
Personal Assistance:
Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc errands.
Liaise with property letting companies regarding payments and administrative matters.
Provide support with household administration when required.
Conduct occasional home visits within the local GL2 area to provide direct support.
