Job Description
Manage payroll run activities for employees in NPT, SNN and NLTH
Prepare and submit payroll report to Government (Revenue, Department, Legal Execution Department, Student Loan Fund, etc.)
Payroll Processing: Administering the entire payroll cycle, including calculating wages, overtime and deductions and distributing pay slips to employees
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll related information
Compliance: Managing payroll reports to Revenue Department and others in line with timely and accuracy
Employee Support: Acting as a point of contact for employee to anser queries relating to pay slips and payroll issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
Having experience in HR for at least 5 years
