We are seeking a passionate Home Manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in the Columbus area, serving residents in our supported living programs.

The purpose of this position is to direct staff and manage the daily operations of the agency's Developmental Disabilities (DD) supported living residences, ensuring that all contracted services are delivered on a continuous and high-quality basis. This position is responsible for themanagement of 1 to 2 sites, serving up to 6 clients, with staffing supervision levels ranging from 15 to 25 Habilitation Specialists.

Skills and Abilities

Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications, skill in use of personal computer and related equipment and software. Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Associates is preferred.

Two years' experience in, developmental disability services, non-profit community-based organization, or related field

Must be computer literate

Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license.

Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

Must complete 40 hours of in-service training on an annual basis.
